The latest drive for a techno-enhanced more cost-efficient future promises that one day soon robots will make home deliveries .
But are the manufacturers "thinking crime?" If not who pays the costs of the criminal justice system when superhighway robbery takes on a whole new meaning? The taxpayers, of course.Why not levy the manufacturers? Can you see a downside to the idea of imposing a techno-crime tax?
