Twitter's Blockade's of Google's Blogspot Bogs. Is it brute censorship or necessary governance?

Blogspot is the European platform for Google's Blogger blogs. It has many thousands, perhaps millions of users.

The Internet URL of this blog  on Google's Blogspot is most important. Why it is important will become clear. For now, here it is http://hightechnologycrimes.blogspot.co.uk/2018/02/twitters-blockades-of-googles-blogspot.html

For the past two days Twitter has been blocking its users from tweeting links to their Blogspot blogs. Not only that, it is preventing its users from even using Twitter's 1-1 private message service to share links to Google's Blogger Blogspot blogs.

To prove what is happening I tried to Tweet about this very hi-tech crimes blogspot blog on the subject of the B;ogspot blockade. The image below is a screenshot of what Twitter did.

As you can see Twitter won't let me Tweet about this blog. Will it let me send a private Twitter message to a friend with this blog's address in the message? The image below shows the extent of this brute censorship blockade.

Yet if the exact same content as you are viewing on the Blogspot blog is viewed on my Wordpress High Tech Crimes blog (here) Twitter has no problem letting you or I Tweet it. As the tweet below demonstrates.

So what is Twitter up to here? Your guess is as good as mine at the moment. Maybe an autonomous deep learning AI program has gone bonkers? Maybe Twitter's techies have done this deliberately as some kind of security patch to address a risk from Blogger's European server/s? Maybe Twitter is doing this to get leverage over Google over some squabble or other? Maybe a bunch of hacktivists have spammed Twitter complaining about a number of blogspot blogs and sent its filter into a spin? Maybe Twitter will never let us know? Who knows?
